Carson Truck & Auto is an outstanding facility with competent, courteous staff! We have used them several times for service and they always keep us informed about the progress of the work they are performing. They also follow up with us after the service to be sure we are satisfied and that everything is working properly. On one visit, they found an extremely dangerous tire problem that had occurred due to what they believed was a manufacturer's defect. They took pictures of the problem and contacted the factory which resulted in the manufacturer replacing the damaged tires and authorizing Carson Truck to repair the problem at no expense to us. They provide the BEST motor home service we have ever received!
