AFTER I HAD WRITTEN A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION VIA YOUR TECH SERVICE LINK, HE CONTACTED ME AND SET UP A DATE TO ACTUALLY VISIT MY HOME AND TROUBLESHOOT THE PROBLEM I WAS HAVING WITH THE DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS ON MY MOTORHOME. IN THE PROCESS OF TROUBLESHOOTING, HE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH A TEC IN YOUR MAIN OFFICE FOR TWO HOURS. WHEN ALL WAS SAID AND DONE THE LIGHTS ARE NOW WORKING.
